Emily Lounsbury
Emily Lounsbury discovered yoga in 2001 and
completed her "Joy of Yoga" teacher training in May 2008. She
teaches a combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga with Iyengar and
Ashtanga influences.
Emily's goal as a yoga instructor is to encourage
people to listen to their bodies and become
more connected to their movements through body
awareness. She believes the human body is
a work of art and integrate the gracefulness of
her ballet background into her yoga practice
to create a moving art form.
